Данное соглашение предусмотрено для граждан Российской Федерации.
Между Организацией прямо или косвенно аффилированной с Международной общественно-политической неправительственной организацией «Государство «Национальная Республика Акриция», именуемой в дальнейшем «Оператор», и субъектом персональных данных, именуемым в дальнейшем «Субъект», заключается настоящее Соглашение о хранении, обработке и передаче персональных данных в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.

1. Предмет соглашения
1.1. В рамках настоящего Соглашения Субъект дает Оператору бессрочное полное разрешение на хранение, обработку и передачу (включая продажу) третьим лицам его персональных данных в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
1.2. Субъект оставляет за собой право отозвать данное разрешение на хранение, обработку и передачу персональных данных, однако он принимает во внимание, что после подачи письменного заявления об отзыве разрешения, хранение и обработка его персональных данных могут продолжаться еще не более 452 (четыреста пятидесяти двух) календарных дней.
2. Подтверждение согласия субъекта
2.1. Субъект подтверждает, что ознакомлен с положениями законодательства Российской Федерации, регулирующего обработку персональных данных, включая Федеральный закон от 27 июля 2006 года № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных».
2.2. Субъект добровольно соглашается на предоставление своих персональных данных Оператору и третьим лицам.
3. Обязательства оператора
3.1. Оператор обязуется обеспечивать конфиденциальность и безопасность персональных данных Субъекта в соответствии с требованиями законодательства Российской Федерации.
3.2. Оператор обязуется использовать персональные данные Субъекта только в целях, указанных в настоящем Соглашении, и не передавать их третьим лицам без согласия Субъекта, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных законодательством Российской Федерации.
4. Ответственность сторон
4.1. Оператор несет ответственность за ненадлежащую обработку персональных данных Субъекта, в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
4.2. Субъект несет ответственность за достоверность предоставленных персональных данных.
5. Заключительные положения
5.1. Настоящее Соглашение является юридически обязательным для обеих сторон с момента его акцепции.
5.2. Любые изменения и дополнения к настоящему Соглашению должны быть оформлены в письменной форме и акцептированы обеими сторонами.
5.3. При возникновении любых споров или разногласий, связанных с исполнением настоящего Соглашения, стороны обязуются приложить все усилия для их разрешения путем переговоров.
